Email rendering
Email templates are written in markdown and rendered to both HTML and plain text:
- HTML — full formatting with headers, bold, links, lists, and code blocks
- Plain text — markdown stripped to readable text for email clients that don't support HTML
Both versions are included in the email as multipart/alternative.
BYOK
Each organization can configure its own SMTP server to send emails from their own domain and infrastructure.
