Viber
Configure Viber service messages with HMAC webhook verification.
Prerequisites
- A Viber service message account (apply via Viber Admin Panel)
- An auth token from Viber
Credentials

Configuration
- Navigate to Settings → Credentials in the dashboard
- Click Add Credential and select Viber
- Enter your Auth Token and Sender Name
- Click Save
Webhook setup
Set the webhook URL in the Viber Admin Panel:
- Go to Account settings → Webhook
- Set the URL to:
https://connect.ataca.io/v1/incoming_webhooks/viber
Webhook verification
Viber signs all webhook payloads with HMAC-SHA256 using your auth token. Connect verifies the signature on every incoming webhook request and rejects requests with invalid signatures.
BYOK
Each organization can use its own Viber credentials. Configure per-tenant credentials in the dashboard to send from different Viber service accounts.
