Prerequisites

• A Plivo account
• Auth ID and Auth Token from Plivo

Credentials

Credential	Where to find
Auth ID	Plivo Console → Dashboard (top of page)
Auth Token	Plivo Console → Dashboard (top of page)
From Number	Your Plivo phone number

Configuration

1. Navigate to Settings → Credentials in the dashboard
2. Click Add Credential and select Plivo
3. Enter your Auth ID, Auth Token, and From Number
4. Click Save

Webhook setup

Configure the message URL in Plivo to receive delivery reports:

1. Go to Plivo Console → Messaging → Applications
2. Create or edit an application
3. Set the Message URL to: https://connect.ataca.io/v1/incoming_webhooks/plivo_sms
4. Assign your phone number to this application

Each organization can use its own Plivo credentials for independent SMS delivery.
